Wallible is committed to seriously safeguarding the privacy of its users.

This page describes how the website http://www.wallible.com (hereinafter the “W Site”) is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who access it. This notice constitutes information to data subjects pursuant to the applicable privacy legislation set forth in EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) and applies to both the W Site and the Wallible Platform (hereinafter the “W Platform”). This notice is provided only for the W Site and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.

In the event of significant changes to this Privacy Policy, a notice will be posted within the W Site and/or the W Platform.

What Data Are Processed

Navigation data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the W Site regularly collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but could allow users to be identified through processing and/or association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the W Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the purpose of only obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the W Site and/or to check its correct functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the W Site: except for this case, the data on web contacts do not persist longer than strictly necessary to achieve its purposes in concrete terms.

Registration Data: for the purpose of registration on the W Site, the user will be asked for his/her first name, last name and e-mail address, as well as expressed acknowledgement and acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Registration will be automatic. The W Platform, in fact, will not send any communication, either automatic or manual, to the user to confirm the registration or request confirmation of the Data voluntarily provided by the user: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the W Site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication itself. Specific information regarding the processing of personal data will be progressively reported and/or displayed on the pages of W Site, which are set up for particular services on request. In any case, the Data Controller will only process personal data with the free and informed consent of the data subject, prior to the subject’s adherence to the services of W Site.

How Data is Processed.

User data are collected, stored, and transferred where necessary in order to provide the services of W Site. Data entered on W Site are used to fulfill contractual obligations with users in order to provide suitable information and tools about the services offered. For any other use, appropriate notice, namely the user’s prior consent, will always be provided when required by current legislation.

Optional Providing of Data

Users are free to provide their personal data in the request forms on the W Site. Failure to provide them may result in the impossibility of obtaining the correct use of the services offered by Wallible and access to the platform.

Registration And Account Creation.

By providing his/her data, the user can create an account. The required data are first name, last name and e-mail address. No other personal data is requested.

Through the provided data, a digital identity is created to set up, use, and manage your account, thus ensuring that you can provide the requested services.

Personalized Activities.

Should the user contact Wallible via e-mail or other means of communication, the user’s data will be used in order to verify the user’s identity and to properly process any request addressed to Wallible. E-mails are stored on Wallible’s system, which is not accessible by external parties without prior authorization.

Modalities And Times Of Data Retention.

In accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and the principle of data minimization, the information systems and computer programs used by the Data Controller are configured to minimize the use of personal and/or identification data; such data are processed only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes set in this Policy and in any specific notices related to the services requested through the W Site. Data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes and subsequently deleted or destroyed. The criterion used to determine the retention period is based on compliance with the terms permitted by applicable laws and the principles of minimization of processing, limitation of storage and sensible management of archives.

However, data may be retained and used not only to perform and properly fulfill contractual obligations, but also to answer to requests received from competent authorities.

Security Of Personal Data.

The Data Controller is committed to protecting the security of the user’s personal data and complies with the security provisions of the applicable legislation in order to avoid data loss, illegitimate and/or unlawful use of the data and/or unauthorized access to them, with particular, but not exclusive, reference to Articles 25-32 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

The data provided by the user are used by Wallible employees and/or associates to carry out and execute the assignments, in full compliance with privacy regulations and personal data security.

All parties, internal and/or external, are not authorized under any circumstances to use, disseminate and share the data they have become aware of while performing their contractual obligations with Wallible.

Who Can Access The Data

The Data Controller is authorized to process the user’s data, as well as its employees and/or associates previously authorized. The data may be communicated to institutions, authorities, public bodies for institutional purposes or to professionals, self-employed collaborators, including third parties and suppliers that the Data Controller uses for the provision of services of a commercial, professional and technical nature useful to the management of the W Site and its functionality (e.g. suppliers of IT services), for the pursuit of the purposes specified above and the services requested by the user. All of the aforementioned subjects will receive only the data strictly necessary to the related functions and will undertake to use them exclusively for the purposes specified above and to process them in compliance with applicable privacy regulations. The subjects receiving the data shall process them as Data Controllers, Data Processors or Authorized Processors, depending on the case, for the purposes indicated and in compliance with applicable laws. In the event of any transfer of data to Third Countries, including countries that may not guarantee the same level of protection as provided by the GDPR, the Data Controller makes it known that the processing will nevertheless take place according to one of the methods permitted by the Regulations themselves.

Users’ Rights

Users may exercise, at any time, the rights recognized by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, verify their content, origin, accuracy, location (also with reference to any third countries), request a copy, request their rectification and, in the cases provided for by the regulations in force, the limitation of processing, cancellation, opposition for direct contact activities, direct marketing (also limited to certain means of communication). Users may always withdraw their consent and/or report comments or observations on specific uses of data regarding particular personal situations that are deemed incorrect or not justified by the existing relationship, or submit a complaint to the Control Authority. For any request related to the processing of personal data by the Data Controller, in order to exercise the rights recognized by the applicable legislation, as well as to know the updated list of the subjects to whom the data are accessible, the user may contact the Data Controller at the contact details indicated under the heading “Data Controller”.
